If you are having problems logging in, remember a few things:
1. Log in using your e-mail address.
2. Your password is case-sensitive -- uppercase/lowercase makes a difference!
If your password is "john1234", then "John1234" will not work.

3. Cookies must be enabled in your web browser.
To determine what browser you are using, go to its "Help" menu and choose "About".

Internet Explorer 6 users:
- click on the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options"
- click on the "Privacy" tab and click the "Edit..." button
- type the name of the URL you are trying to login to (ex: shopper.archondev.com) and click "Allow"
- click "OK"

Internet Explorer 5 and 5.5 users:
- click on the "Tools" menu, then "Internet Options"
- click on the "Security" tab and click "Custom Level"
- scroll down until you see the "Cookies" settings, and verify that the all options there have "Enabled" selected (there may be more than one listed)
- click "OK"

Netscape Navigator 7 users:
- click on the "Edit" menu, then "Preferences"
- click the triangle on the word "Advanced" in the left-hand window so it swings open
- underneath "Advanced" click on "Scripts & Plugins"
- verify that all checkboxes under "Enable Javascript for" and "Allow webpages to" are selected
- click "OK"

Netscape Navigator 4 users:
- click on the "Edit" menu, then "Preferences"
- click on the word "Advanced" in the left-hand window
- in the right-hand window, click on "Accept all cookies"
- click "OK"
