Remington Evaluations Mystery Shoppers provide constructive feedback to business owners to help them pinpoint what changes could be made to provide their customers with the highest level of service possible. Thousands of companies all over the world hire "Mystery Shoppers" to provide them with constructive feedback about their business. These Mystery Shoppers pose as potential customers for several industries, including but limited to: property management, retail, entertainment, food service, financial services, and automotive. While posing as a potential customer, Mystery Shoppers evaluate several aspects of the business, such as the condition of facility, how the food tastes, how a sales agent performs, customer service, etc. In order to ensure that quality information is gathered Remington Evaluations Mystery Shoppers must never reveal their true identity when performing an evaluation. Those being evaluated must believe that you are a customer, not a Mystery Shopper.

Remington Evaluations specializes in the property management industry. Our Mystery Shoppers perform evaluations of leasing consultants and facilities for rental properties. Our Mystery Shoppers pose as potential prospects looking to rent an apartment. We also perform shops for apartment associations, senior housing, assisted living facilities, and new homes sales.

A shop begins with a telephone call and is followed up with an on-site visit. Once the shop is complete, you must complete your report and return it to Remington Evaluations within 24 hours. Since you are evaluating a leasing consultant's job performance, it is crucial your findings are accurate and supported with detail in your report.

Our Contractors are paid a flat fee for each evaluation successfully completed. These fees may vary depending upon the assignment.
Remington Evaluations Mystery Shoppers are independent contractors. As an independent contractor you are responsible for reporting all income received from Remington Evaluations to the Internal Revenue Service. You are also responsible for paying all pertinent federal, state, city, and local taxes. Remington Evaluations does not withhold income tax or social security tax from a shoppers compensation. You are soley responsible for any expenses incurred while performing the shop unless otherwise stated by Remington Evaluations, including but not limited to: fuel, mileage, food, telephone bills, internet bills, paper, etc.
In order for you to get paid for the shop you will need to send us an invoice. You can create your own Invoice, or you can use the template we have provided here.

Once we have reviewed the completed assignment and recieved your invoice we will then process payment.

In order to begin recieving emails with potential shopping assignments from Remington you will need to do Two(2) things.
- Download, complete, and return the two forms provided below by fax or email.
- Click in the link to "Prophet" provided below in Red. This will take you to our Online Mystery Shopping Database. At the login screen Click on " Click here to Apply". This will walk you through the process of entering your contact information into out Online Database.

Once you have completed these two steps you will be added to our database of shoppers. You will then begin recieving emails as shops in your area become available.
